Burgasian

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2, 2026

By using Burgasian (www.burgasian.com and its mobile apps), you agree to these terms. The service is operated by SMARTIA OOD (СМАРТИЯ ООД) · Tria City Center, Burgas · Bulgaria (Contact).

1. Minimum age: 18

Burgasian is a location-based social platform that involves messaging and meeting strangers in person. You must be 18 or older to use it. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older; accounts found otherwise are closed.

2. Content rules

The following are prohibited everywhere on the platform (feed, messages, groups, places, events, promotions):

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination.
  • Illegal content and activity; incitement to violence or crime.
  • Sexual content; non-consensual sharing of images/information (doxxing).
  • Spam, fraud, misleading commercial claims, fake accounts/identities.
  • Any manipulation aimed at faking location or check-ins.

3. Moderation, reporting, and blocking

We have zero tolerance for inappropriate content and harassment. Use ⚑ Report next to any post or message to flag content/a user, and 🚫 Block on a profile card or chat header to block a user — a blocked user can't see you or message you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest; content that violates the rules is removed without prior notice, and violating accounts are suspended or closed. You can also use the form on the Contact page.

4. Meetups — safety

Burgasian connects people, but meetups are entirely your own decision and responsibility. Meet for the first time in busy, public places, and don't share personal or financial information. The platform is not responsible for damages arising from interactions or meetups between users.

5. Places and promotions

Place listings in the guide are user contributions; their accuracy is not guaranteed. Promotions are commercial announcements published by the owner of the relevant place listing, and responsibility for them lies with the publisher.

6. Membership tiers

Basic use is free. Some features (a higher daily place limit, creating events) require a paid tier; once paid membership goes on sale, pricing and cancellation terms will be announced at checkout and on this page.

7. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page. These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced on this page with a date.
